I was born in Tehran on 1935.
I grew up in a kind family.
I educated in Roodaky School and Adib High School.
At the age of 14 I met with nationalists of the Pan Iranist Party and the National Front of Iran.
After graduation from high school I came to Germany and studied in the field of Medical Sciences and got my MD. specialty on Internal Medicine and Heart and Chronic Diseases.
In 1973 I returned to Iran and lived there until 1980 and after the disastrous revolution in 1979 I have to leave Iran and return to Germany.
In the past 30 years I’ve worked as the Vice President and Head of a hospital ward as well as practicing Medicine...

Essential Duties of the Board of Trustees
1. At the first meeting, the Board of Trustees will elect amongst themselves the treasurer, secretary, and chairman of the board 2. Hiring a lawyer’s firm to legally register THE NEW IRAN (TNI) as an entity 3. Formulation of THE NEW IRAN’s Articles of Constitution with consultation of the hired lawyers and in accordance with the bylaws approved by TNI's founders and also in accordance with the governing laws of the country where TNI entity will be registered at 4. Hiring a Certified Public Accountant to oversee and observe the fundraising and funding activities of TNI and to initiate process of receiving financial help 5. Formulation and agreement of formal cooperation with Virtual NGO LLC to authorize free use of its proprietary software 6. Election of Election's Inspection and Monitoring Group 7. Election of Executive Director of the New Iran--determination of the qualifications for the Executive Director will be the responsibility of the Board of Trustees 8. Approval of vote of confidence for Directors of various departments of TNI, selected by the Executive Director, by the Board of Trustees 9. Preparation of all bylaws regarding election(s) for different departments of TNI will be by the meaning of this petition and majority approval vote of the founders of TNI who pose as members with authenticated identity participating in the voting process 10. Making decision regarding the composition and structure of TNI's Transitional Period Council 11. Election for the members of Transitional Period Council and confirmation of the results from the election-The Board of Trustees is responsible to formulate the temporary bylaws of the Transitional Period Council as well as to proceed with the election for members of this council under supervision of Election's Inspection and Monitoring Group 12. Approval of the necessary budget for all the different departments of TNI 13. Supervision of the activities of the different departments of THE NEW IRAN in order to: • Verification of activities in accordance with adoption of TNI’s mission and five governing principles • Discrepancy of activities of TNI with the existing rules and regulations of the country where TNI has been established • Full transparency in all financial matter concerning TNI’s finances Link to internal bylaws of TNI's Board of Trustees |
